Many thanks to Cindy, who is a lifelong Glanbrook CADORA member, and who generously donated the clinic to support Glanbrook CADORA and grassroots dressage!!!

The clinic is scheduled for April 12, 2026 at Penbar Farm in Lyndon Ontario. 

Rider applications have closed.  

Auditors are welcome.   Auditor tickets are $25 for Glanbrook CADORA members, and $45 for those that are not members.  Admission at the door will be $50 (for members and non-members alike). 

A light lunch and refreshments will be provided for riders and auditors.

A private sponsorship towards the cost of a ride has been offered to one junior  and one AA rider 19-25yrs   

Nov 23, 2025 AGM with Guest Speaker Cynthia Neale-Ishoy

A lovely afternoon sharing lunch with our Glanbrook CADORA members, with the room provided by Ancaster Fairgrounds.

We reviewed our club activities this year, celebrated successes, and thanked the army of volunteers who made it happen!   We reminisced about friends and the early days of Glanbrook CADORA (thanks so much to those who preserved and brought our historical documents!)

We enjoyed a fantastic talk by Cindy Ishoy, a lifetime Glanbrook CADORA member, who generously shared her wisdom and.... 

announced that she would provide a clinic for us in 2026!

    Apr 5, 2025      Jill Stedman Clinic

Members attended a Jill Stedman clinic at PenBar Farm in Lynden. Despite the dreary weather, the riders learned from coach Jill how to enhance their horse's performance and boost their dressage scores. Thanks to Kristy Barber for sharing your beautiful facility!

It turns out you can ride a perfect leg yield, canter loop, or shoulder-in—just need to balance, engage, and stop holding. Who knew!!

Thanks to all participants for supporting the clinic and Jill for being an excellent coach.

NOV 17, 2024  AGM with Leslie Kennedy

The 2024 AGM was held at Ancaster Fairgrounds. Had a great turnout, over 40 members, giving us a chance to discuss what went right in 2024 and plans for 2025. Awards were presented and everyone’s success was celebrated followed by a tasty lunch and a chance to socialize (without hanging onto a horse).

Lastly, we were treated to a presentation about optimizing the performance of our equine athletes, by Leslie Kennedy. 

Thanks to all our volunteers for making the shows run smoothly.

Oct 28, 2023  AGM 

 We had over 30 attendees, including members, award winners, coaches, volunteers, friends, and family. Thanks to our amazing sponsors, we offered great year-end and door prizes! 
A big thank you to Ancaster Fairgrounds for the venue and to Cadora Ontario for sponsoring the event. Special thanks to Cadora Ontario's Caroline Peck for traveling from Ottawa to support grassroots dressage.
Attendees shared valuable thoughts and suggestions to help us plan for next year.
It was a wonderful afternoon to celebrate a fantastic season.
Thank you to everyone who helped clean up after the event—many hands make light work!

April 6, 2023 Brain Based Biometrics Workshop

Glanbrook CADORA Members had an opportunity to join a Brain Based Biometrics Workshop held at Ancaster Fairgrounds.   

We had a lot of fun, and lots of learning!

Our horses will be so grateful for the changes resulting from what David taught us!

on Sunday, Oct 30th.  Our guest speaker was top international dressage rider and coach Tom Dvorak who will spoke about ring craft and achieving your competitive goals.
